• Since most products are not "stocked up" but made one at a time, forging will
  begin when the order is received.
  
• Your order will be secured with a credit card. 
  
• Sales tax of 8.7% will be added to the cost of the order.
  
• Shipping and handling fee of 11% will be added to the cost of the order and is normally sent via USPS.  The shipping and handling costs are based on weight set by USPS for standard ground delivery.
  
• You will receive a confirmation of your order and a preliminary bill along with an approximate shipping date via e-mail.
  
• You will receive an e-mail notice that your order has been shipped.

In an effort to recycle you may receive your order in a recycled box.  Most of our packing material will also be recycled.

• If you find that you wish to exchange the item, please do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
  
• If you find that you need to return the item purchased, please return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in original condition. No refund will be given for damaged products.
  
• You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the shipping costs. 
  
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

ALL information submitted to Burnett Forge is used only to process your order.  We will NEVER share, sell, or supply your information in any fashion to anyone.
